Sarah Easterly, MA, LPC
Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. Through more than ten years of experience, she has come to deeply believe that relationships shape nearly every part of our emotional lives — and that healing often happens within the safety of connection.
Sarah’s counseling style is warm, relational, and emotionally focused. She works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to better understand the emotional patterns underneath conflict, distress, disconnection, and overwhelm while helping clients move toward greater clarity, resilience, and secure connection.
Sarah specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based and attachment-centered model with one of the highest success rates in couples therapy research.

Personal
A lifelong resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana, Sarah and her husband, John, have five children (July 2021 baby girl not pictured) and are active members at Grace Covenant Church.
